By hiring Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC for website services, you, the client, are agreeing that Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC will oversee all production in correlation to the developed project that has been contracted. Customers understand there are an array of services required for a successful website launch, and simply purchasing a website build does not guarantee the website will be launched. Websites need a domain, a server host, an SSL Certificate, and labor to upload files to the host, tie the domain to the server, and create and manage an SSL Certificate on the website. Customers are able to purchase, but not limited to a website, website expansion, custom development work, and custom change orders, in addition, they can hire Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC to assist in facilitating a domain, host, and SSL Certificate to launch a customer’s website project, as well as online marketing & brand consulting. If a customer chooses to purchase their own domain, Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC requires they transfer the domain into an account that Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC controls or has access to. Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC requires the host to reside in an account that Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC controls or has access to. Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC has the policy to restrict access of said domain/host/SSL Certificate in the name of the customer and reserves the right to park customer online assets for lack of payment for project. Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC offers an array of internet services, resells internet services, and networks with trusted online companies to provide modern solutions for its customers. Especially in terms of consulting online services that Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC does not provide, Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC reserves the right to use 3rd party solutions for fulfillment.
Terms of Communication:
It is essential that the client remains in contact with Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC throughout the entirety of the project(s). Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC Representatives make contact via phone calls and email correspondence. If there is a general inquiry, issue, question, additional work, or challenge about the project(s) that arises, Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC is not liable for delayed deadlines or unfulfilled purchases if the customer simply does not communicate, and/or does not respond to our outreach via phone or email. Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC's operational email correspondence times are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM (MST). Please email maytagjr84@renewedconfidencebuilderllc.info for any and all related needs. If an Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC Representative fails to receive a response from outreach via email for 30 days after the agreement was completed, Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC will stop any and all work on the project(s) until the client re-initiates contact by email submission.
Terms for Change Orders:
We ask that all change orders are sent to maytagjr84@renewedconfidencebuilderllc.info for the best transparent understanding. We ask that complex change requests be sent in writing and followed up with a phone meeting to discuss the request. The customer understands that not all changes are possible, and/or fulfillable and cannot be guaranteed to be completed. The customer understands that not every service purchased comes with unlimited changes and Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC may ask for a larger monetary investment to accommodate excessive labor at the customer's request.
Terms for Online Asset Management:
Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC needs access to domains, hosting, emails, or other website-related products to manage and provide customer service. Because of this, Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC will provide a dashboard and login that both customer and client can use, for most circumstances. All accounts will be set up in the customer's name, phone, email, and billing, and will auto-renew any domain, hosting, email, or other website-related product that the customer agrees to manage in the system. Customers will be able to view receipts, and transaction history, and manage their own products, but can also contact Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC for support via email for hands-on support. Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC domain, hosting, email, and internet product prices are relative to the market and are subject to change at any time.
Terms of Liability:
By purchasing services you are agreeing that Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC does not accept any fault for any and all monetary losses or damages that may incur while working with (or thereafter) Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC, any Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC Representative, or any Affiliates of Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC. By purchasing services you hear by agreeing to all Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC's terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms or conditions is a direct breach of this contract, in which Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC has the right to refuse service which Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC was hired to complete, without any refund of any monetary payments made to Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC. By signing this contract you are agreeing that you are the primary on the purchase. The “Primary” is the person representing and managing the individual entity and or the business(s), that is in charge of making decisions and is of sound mind and legal age. Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC's terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Terms for Cancellation:
All clients have 3 business days to submit a cancellation request to receive a refund from Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC for all services rendered for the DoIt4UBiz package. If Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC is providing additional assistance for clients which incurs 3rd party charges on their project within the first 3 business days, then that project is no longer eligible for a refund. All cancellations have an associated fee for merchant processing and refunding the transaction(s). The fee is relative to standard merchant processing fees, eCheck fees, or payment app fees. All cancellations submitted after 3 business days from purchase are not eligible for a refund and will be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC requests that all cancellation requests are to be submitted in writing to maytagjr84@renewedconfidencebuilderllc.info in the following format: Subject “ Cancellation” followed by the reason for cancellation in the body of the email. In all situations, please email maytagjr84@renewedconfidencebuilderllc.info and we will call you back at our earliest convenience, or respond via email. If you are unable to speak with an Renewed Confidence Builder, LLC Representative directly, we ask our clients that their email contains the customer name, telephone number, purchasing email address, and a brief description outlining the cancellation request. Your message will be responded to within the next three business days upon receipt of the message. The Retention of Title agreement states that if a client cancels after the one-week period, the client still agrees to pay any previously contracted amount; even if the project(s) have yet to be completed to any degree.
As with any business, sales are not guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure that everyone has the tools to become successful. We will continually provide ongoing training and support for both clients and customer service agents. Clients will have full access to their marketing for viewing/monitoring. This is a highly scalable model and you can choose to make it as large as you wish. There is no limit on marketing/advertising packages. Maintenance of clients business Facebook page will require active access to the business Facebook account in order to provide fulfillment services. We will be unable to provide fulfillment services on a business Facebook page if access is unavailable. This is the responsibility of each client to make sure that access is readily available to complete updates. Business Facebook page access is also required for the banner ads and landing pages to work properly.
If the program is cancelled, you will be removed as a user from the client management system and AI software. This will also remove clients that you had received since it will close your pipeline. If you want the clients saved and sent to you, please notify us in writing on your cancellation notice that you want access to the clients so we can get those saved and sent to you before pipeline is closed. Contracted payments that result in default will be referred to collections.
